» Your Area Code may be changing
The Oklahoma Corporation Commission has a docket to deal with the exhaust of numbers in the 918 area code. Below is a link to a survey that the commission has set up to get customer feedback. Please read the information on the survey and give them your input. Nothing has been decided yet but there is a possibility that your area code could change. As you may recall the 405 area code split a few years ago to form the 580 code.
